Terms of service

These terms apply when you create an account at nativewp.io, use the Native AI plugin with a license key, or buy a plan or AI credits. By doing any of those, you agree to them. “Native AI”, “we” and “us” mean Lora Native LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which runs Native AI at nativewp.io; “you” means the person or business using it. The Privacy & data page and the Refund policy are part of these terms.

Your account

• You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep access to that email. You’re responsible for what happens in your account and with your license keys.
• You must be old enough to make this agreement where you live (at least 18 in most places). If you use Native AI for a business, you confirm you can agree for it.
• Give us a real email address. One free trial per person or business.

Licenses

• A license key turns on AI features and plugin updates on as many WordPress sites as your plan allows. The free trial allows one site.
• Don’t share, sell or publish your keys. You can move a license from one site to another from WordPress or your account.
• The builder and your published pages keep working without a license. When a license ends, AI requests and updates stop, and the plugin stays at the version you have.

Plans and payments

• Prices are shown on the Pricing page, in US dollars, plus any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.
• Paid plans renew every month and are charged automatically to your payment method, through our payment processor Stripe, until you cancel. We never see or store your full card number.
• Cancel anytime in your account under Manage billing. Your license keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
• If we change a price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your plan. The new price starts at your first renewal after that.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will try again for a few days. If it still can’t be collected, your license is canceled until you pay.

AI credits

• AI requests use credits; each request shows what it used. One credit is one cent of AI use at our prices, and the cost of a request depends on what it does and the model you choose.
• Your plan’s credits are for the month. What’s left of them ends when the next month’s credits arrive. Credits you buy, and the free trial’s credits, don’t expire while your account is open. Your plan’s credits are used first.
• Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and are only refunded as the Refund policy says.

Using Native AI responsibly

Don’t use Native AI to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights;
• create malware, spam, phishing pages, or content that’s deceptive, hateful, or exploits or harms anyone;
• get around credit metering, license limits or security, or overload, probe or attack the service;
• resell or give others access to the AI service except through sites you build and run with your license.

The AI model providers we use (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) have usage policies that also apply. We may suspend an account or license that breaks these rules, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

Your sites, your content and what the AI makes

• Your sites, content and uploads are yours. Your sites live on your own hosting; we don’t host or keep copies of them.
• As far as we’re concerned, what the AI makes for you is yours to use, within the law and the AI providers’ terms. We don’t claim ownership of it.
• AI can be wrong, out of date, or produce something similar to existing work. Review what it makes before you publish it — you’re responsible for what your sites publish. Code the AI writes is saved as a draft for you to check and turn on.
• We use your requests only to run the service, as the Privacy & data page explains.

The service

Native AI is a young product and keeps changing. We work to keep it running and your requests safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove features. Keep backups of your sites. If we ever shut the service down, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and refund the unused part of any month you’ve paid for.

Ending

You can stop anytime: cancel your plan and remove the plugin. To delete your account and its details, contact us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or don’t pay; we’ll tell you first unless there’s a legal or safety reason not to.

Warranties and liability

To the extent the law allows, Native AI is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We’ll post changes here with a new date. For changes that matter, we’ll email account holders at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using Native AI after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, cancel before then.
