FeaturesGrowChatbot

A chatbot that knows your website

Switch it on and a chat bubble appears on every page, in your site’s colors. It answers visitors’ questions — prices, opening hours, delivery, what you offer, where to find things — from your pages, posts and products and what you write for it, in the visitor’s own language, with links to the right page. When it doesn’t know, it says so and takes their name and email for you.

  • Answers from your pages, posts and products
  • Says when it doesn’t know, and takes their email for you
  • Every conversation, and what it couldn’t answer
The homepage with the chatbot open in the corner: its first message and the questions visitors can tap, in the site’s colors

It answers from your site, not from guesses

For every question the chatbot searches your published pages, posts and products — prices and stock included — and answers from what it finds, with a link to the page. What isn’t on your pages you write in Knowledge: questions and answers, policies, opening hours, delivery areas. If the answer is in neither, it says it doesn’t know rather than inventing one.

It only reads what any visitor could see: never drafts, private or password-protected pages, or members-only content, and you can leave any page out. Check what it finds for a question, free, before visitors ask it.

  • Your pages, posts and products, and your own notes
  • Links to the page that answers
  • Only public content; leave out any page

In your design, in their language

The bubble takes your design system’s primary color, corners and font — or a color you choose — on the right or the left. Give it a name, its first message and up to four suggested questions visitors can tap. It answers in the language the visitor writes in, and keeps the conversation as they move from page to page.

Choose the AI model it answers with — a fast one such as Claude Haiku 5.5 suits a chat — and try it on its own screen with real answers before anyone sees it, or show the bubble only to yourself while you get it right.

  • Your colors, name, first message and suggested questions
  • The visitor’s language, on every page
  • Full screen on phones

When it can’t help, you get the lead

When the chatbot can’t answer, or a visitor asks for a person, it offers a short form for their name, email and question. You get it by email with the whole conversation — reply to answer them — and, with the CRM on, they’re added as a lead tagged “Chatbot”, without being subscribed to your emails.

Every conversation is kept for you to read, with the pages each answer drew on. The questions it couldn’t answer are listed so you can add the answers to its knowledge in one click.

  • A contact form when it can’t help
  • Email with the conversation, and the CRM
  • Unanswered questions, ready to answer

Questions about chatbot

Do I still need Tidio, Intercom or Chatbase?

Not for answering visitors from your website and collecting the questions it can’t answer: switch on the Chatbot in Settings → Features. It doesn’t do live chat with your team: when it can’t help, it takes the visitor’s email for you to reply.

Does it cost credits?

Each answer uses AI credits from your plan, like any AI request. Choose the model it answers with in its settings: a fast model such as Claude Haiku 5.5 answers sooner and uses fewer credits (left alone, it uses your Content writing model). You set how many answers a day it may give; past that, visitors get the contact form until the next day. Trying it on its screen uses credits too; checking what it finds doesn’t.

Can it make things up?

It’s told to answer only from your site and what you write for it, and to say when it doesn’t know. Like any AI it can still get something wrong, so the chat says answers are written by AI. Read its conversations, and add what it’s missing to its knowledge.

Does it see private information?

No. It reads only published content any visitor can see — never drafts, private or password-protected pages, members-only content, orders or customer data — and your AI keys never reach the browser.

What people ask it

Ask in plain words. It does the work.

Design and build
“Make every button on the site pill-shaped.”

Finds the shared class behind every button, shows you the plan, then changes it once.

“Write meta descriptions for every page that doesn’t have one.”

Writes them from each page’s own words in a background job, shows the credits first, and puts each one beside its page for you to approve.

A native popup with its trigger and how often it shows. It starts as a draft.

“Find unfulfilled orders.”

Content and WordPress

Sell
“Refund order 1042 and put the items back in stock.”

Prepares the refund with the amount and how it’s paid back, and waits for your confirmation.

Teach, protect and automate
“When someone buys the course bundle, enroll them and tag them in the CRM.”

Builds the automation — the purchase, the enrollment, the CRM tag — as a draft, and asks before switching it on.

Run
“What happened on the site this week?”

Reads the activity record, updates, errors and health checks, and sums them up.

Run
“Add a snippet that turns off comments on pages.”
