The messages you may see when activating a license or using AI, what each means and what to do.
Activating a license#
| Message | What to do |

| Enter a license key. | Paste the key into the License card. |
| That license key doesn’t exist. Check for typos. | Copy the key again from your email, dashes included. |
| This license is already active on 3 sites (the Pro plan allows 3). Deactivate it on another site first. | Deactivate it on a site you no longer use (Native AI → Dashboard → Deactivate on this site), or change plans. |
| This license is suspended. / canceled. / expired. | Contact us about the license. |
| Request timestamp is too old. Check the server clock. | Your server’s clock is more than five minutes off. Ask your host to synchronize it. |
Using AI#
| Message | What to do |
|---|
| AI needs an active license. Activate it under Native AI → Dashboard in WordPress. | Activate your license. |
| Native AI isn’t connected to the AI service. | Activate the license on Native AI → Dashboard. |
| This site isn’t connected. Activate the license again. | The site was disconnected (for example, the license was moved). Activate it again on the Dashboard. |
| Your license is expired. Renew it to keep using AI. | Renew the license. Your site and the builder keep working meanwhile. |
| Your WordPress role can’t use AI. | Ask an administrator for the Use AI permission. |
| Your AI session expired. Try again. | Send the request again. |
| That model isn’t available. Pick another one. | Choose another model in the assistant. |
Credits#
| Message | What to do |
|---|
| This needs about 600 credits and 250 are left. Top up credits in your account to continue. | Try a smaller request, a less expensive model or Design mode’s Fast mode — or add credits. |
| You’re out of AI credits. Top up credits in your account to continue. | AI pauses until credits are added; everything else keeps working. See Plans and AI credits. |
The service#

| AI is paused on this service for the rest of the month: it reached its spending limit. Nothing was charged. Contact support, or try again next month. | Contact us. |
