How Native AI keeps pages light, and the tools in Settings for regenerating CSS, clearing caches, moving settings between sites and debugging.

What Native AI pages load#

Each page loads only the CSS for the elements it uses, as a cached file shared between pages — or inline, if your host blocks writing files (Settings → Performance → Page styles).
JavaScript only where it’s needed — the interactions script, for example, loads only on pages that have interactions.
Don’t load the theme’s styles on Native AI pages (on) and Don’t load WordPress’s emoji script (on) keep pages lean; Preconnect to Google Fonts (on) speeds up Google fonts.
Published pages don’t call the Native AI service at all.

Tool	What it does
Regenerate CSS	Rebuilds every page’s stylesheet — for example after moving the site to a new domain. It runs as a background job.
Clear caches	Pages rebuild their styles the next time they’re visited.
Export	Settings, the design system (Theme Styles, tokens, classes, breakpoints), templates and Global Blocks, as one JSON file.
Import	Brings an export into this site.
Reset settings	Every setting goes back to its default. Pages, templates and the design system aren’t touched.

Debug mode adds HTML comments naming the templates used and render times, for administrators only.
Allow PHP in Query Loops — off; see Query Loops.
Preview display conditions on the canvas (experimental) fades elements a logged-out visitor wouldn’t see.
AI service URL — for development and self-hosting only.
Delete all Native AI data when the plugin is deleted — see Uninstall Native AI.
