Update Native AI

With an active license, new versions arrive in WordPress’s Plugins screen like any other plugin. Here’s how to update safely, and how to update by hand.

Automatic update notices#

Once your license is active, WordPress checks for new Native AI versions like any other plugin: they appear in Dashboard → Updates and on the Plugins screen, with an Update now link. What changed in each version is on the Changelog.

Update safely#

  1. Read the changelogSee what changed in the new version.
  2. Try it on stagingOn sites people rely on, update a staging copy first.
  3. Back upTake a backup of the live site with your host or a backup plugin.
  4. UpdateClick Update now on the Plugins screen.

Update by hand#

Download the latest version from the Download page with your license key. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the zip and click Install Now; WordPress offers to replace the installed version with the uploaded one.
